Through out the course, Students will learn about the developments in workplace psychology and how they relate to practical work settings. We will also look at useful tactics for enhancing workplace efficiency and encouraging constructive organisational change. Students will learn how psychological theories and research can be applied in the workplace, pay close attention to the interactions between people, groups, and organisations and how these interactions affect wellbeing generally, productivity, and work satisfaction.

Certification
Students will be awarded a Level 6 Certificate In Workplace Psychology.

Course Assessment
This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work. Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.

This is a self-study course, Students have 100% freedom to complete the course, there is no time restriction on this course.

Learning Materials
Students will be provided all the learning text materials to assist them in completing the course.
